You will soon be leaving school, and you want to finally show what you have to offer in a real work environment? Take an apprenticeship as a specialist for warehouse logistics (m/f/d) and work on exciting tasks:
- Demonstrate your attention to detail and inspect goods for the right quantity and quality.
- Were you a fan of Tetris? Or are you still? Then use a fork-lift truck to load and unload trucks and railcars and put the goods into storage correctly.
- Freight documents and inventories? Learn to work with our modern, digital ERP systems.
- Are you a team player? That's good, because you train together with other apprentices in your year and support each other.
- Count, weigh, pack and ship merchandise for our customers.
- Interested in occupational safety, environmental protection and energy saving? At BLG, you learn why these topics are important in your daily work and how they work.
Specialist for warehouse logistics (m/f/d) – your tasks
As a specialist for warehouse logistics, you plan, control and organize goods flows. You make sure that goods movements and handling run smoothly in all warehouses. You check inventories, create loading lists and process shipping and other documents. Also included in your tasks are route planning, including truck deployment planning and customs handling. To accomplish all this, you also work with modern IT systems.

- You earn a good apprentice wage and get lots of additional benefits such as staff discounts and pension provisions.
- After you successfully complete your apprenticeship, we offer you an unlimited employment contract.
- We pay for your fork-lift driving license – so that you can quickly start driving a fork-lift truck.
- Don't want a boring job? Then BLG is just right for you! Every 4 months, you change your area of work and learn new things.
- Are you a team player? That's good, because you train together with around 50 other apprentices in your year and support each other.
- And if you have questions or need help during your apprenticeship? We're always there to support you.
- The apprenticeship as a specialist for warehouse logistics takes 3 years. If you make good progress, you can cut this time down to 2.5 years. We will be happy to support you.
- You can complete your apprenticeship as a warehousing specialist (m/f/d) after 2 years.
