You will soon be leaving school, and you want to finally show what you have to offer in a real work environment? Take an apprenticeship as a management assistant for forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d) and work on exciting tasks:

  • You get to know our processes in import and export.
  • Do you have a talent for organization? Then organize goods transport in Germany and abroad.
  • Do you love precise planning and solutions that add up? Then calculate prices and issue quotes for our customers.
  • Do you like talking to people? Conduct talks and negotiations with our customers – also in English.
  • You keep cool even when things go wrong? You learn to deal with any claims or damages and compile statistics.

Management assistant for forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d) – your tasks

As a management assistant for forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d), you are practically the architect of transport operations. You organize forwarding, transshipment and storage of goods. This includes observing customs and foreign trade regulations. You manage the cooperation between people involved in the logistics chains. To do this, you use current IT and communication technologies.

APPRENTICESHIP AS A MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT FOR FORWARDING AND LOGISTICS SERVICES AT BLG – JUST RIGHT FOR YOU

  • With us, you learn everything you need to know as a management assistant for forwarding (m/f/d).
  • Are you a team player? That's good, because you train together with around 50 other apprentices in your year and support each other.
  • After you successfully complete your apprenticeship, we offer you a permanent employment contract.
  • And if you have questions or need help during your apprenticeship? We're always there to support you.
  • You can support us at lots of exciting events (trade shows, carnival procession, dragon boat races, soccer tournaments and more) and take part in a nationwide apprentice trip.
  • Don't want a boring job? Then BLG is just right for you! Every 4 months, you change your area of work and learn new things.
  • You earn a good apprentice wage and get lots of additional benefits such as staff discounts and pension provisions.
  • The apprenticeship takes 2.5 years.

You can take our test in your own home as soon as you receive your access data from us. If you pass, we invite you to take another test. Application deadline? There isn't one! We fill our apprenticeship and study places in a rolling selection process. You don't have your application documents ready? No problem. You can take our tests without them. We will inform you when we need your application.
