You will soon be leaving school, and you want to finally show what you have to offer in a real work environment? Take an apprenticeship as an industrial management assistant (m/f/d) and work on exciting tasks:

  • Whether HR, controlling or in the thick of operations – you thoroughly get to know our company.
  • Do you like solutions that add up? Then calculate prices and issue quotes for our customers.
  • Process orders and learn what documents are required for what purposes.
  • You conduct talks and negotiations with our customers.
  • Is quality your top priority? We show you our quality standards and how to apply them in your daily work.

Industrial management assistant (m/f/d) – your tasks

You plan and supervise commercial areas. These include HR, finance and accounting and purchasing. When cooperating with our operational areas, you can demonstrate your talent for organization and your diligence. Foreign language skills are an advantage because you support and advise customers. You work mainly in an office, using the latest communication and media technology.

APPRENTICESHIP AS AN INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (M/F/D) AT BLG LOGISTICS – JUST RIGHT FOR YOU

  • You earn a good apprentice wage and get lots of additional benefits such as staff discounts and pension provisions.
  • After you successfully complete your apprenticeship, we offer you an unlimited employment contract.
  • Are you a team player? That's good, because you train together with around 50 apprentices in your year and you support each other.
  • And if you have questions or need help during your apprenticeship? We're always there to support you.
  • You can support us at lots of exciting events (trade shows, carnival procession, dragon boat races, soccer tournaments and more) and take part in a nationwide apprentice trip.
  • The apprenticeship takes 3 years. If you make good progress, you can cut this time down to 2.5 years. We will be happy to support you.
