At the seaport terminal, BLG LOGISTICS operates in Gdansk, around 50 employees take care of all activities related to finished vehicles as well as the handling and transport of high & heavy goods.
The Gdansk site, with an area of 78,000 square meters, offers space for 3,000 vehicles. THe employees look after handling, storage and customs clearance. The vehicles mostly come from England via short-sea feeder ships and are transported internationally by our own fleet of trucks (20 trucks).
The terminal is equipped with two railtracks, two head ramps and one berth. The service portfolio additionally includes collection by the lessee and freight forwarding services.
In Gdansk, BLG LOGISTICS also operates an Automobile Technical Center right next to the storage space in the port. Here, the team expertly processes vehicles from the manufacturers.
