At the Verden location, BLG LOGISTICS has been operating an import warehouse for a food retailer since November 2021. The focus here is on the handling of shelf-stable products - in particular canned goods. On approx. 60,000 sqm of warehouse space, a wide variety of canned foods are received, stored and then loaded on to approx. 40 regional warehouses of the customer in Germany and Austria.
The site is both IFS-Logistics and BIO-certified.
