Distribution Center Elsdorf
In the distribution center in Elsdorf, Lower Saxony, BLG LOGISTICS has taken over incoming goods handling as well as storage and picking of all products ordered online for a large company in the consumer goods industry.
The warehouse will comprise more than 36,000 storage spaces and will pick and dispatch goods for customers in the regions Hamburg, Kiel, Lübeck, Bremerhaven, Bremen, and Oldenburg.
At the new location, BLG LOGISTICS will ensure smooth processing for its customer on a site covering 35,000 m² with some 120 employees. With its direct freeway connection and central location between Hamburg and Bremen, Elsdorf offers ideal conditions for fast delivery of goods in the region.
BLG has already been active for the customer since 1997. Its distribution center in Erfurt is one of the largest warehouse locations in the company's global network.
