Matthias Magnor is set to join the Board of Management at BLG LOGISTICS. On October 1st, 2021 he will take over responsibility for the CONTRACT division. He succeeds Jens Wollesen, who is leaving the company at his own wish.
Magnor (46), was Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a member of the Executive Board of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics based in Osnabrück. He was responsible there for Road, Rail and CEP. From 2014-2015 he served as Chief Executive Officer for LH Bundeswehr Bekleidungsgesellschaft, Cologne, which supplies clothing to the armed forces and civilian personnel of the German Federal Army and Police Force.
Born in Osnabrück, Magnor draws on extensive expertise in supply chain management, logistics, services and retail. He is a graduate of Business Administration (University of Portsmouth) and also holds an Executive MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of St. Gallen.
