KG does not recognize contradictory conditions unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Generally, the website can be used without disclosing personal data. If website pages collect personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail address), this occurs as far as possible on a voluntary basis. We do not pass this data on to third parties without your express consent.
BLG LOGISTICS GROUP AG & Co. KG draws your attention to the fact that data transfer via the internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) may involve security risks. It is not possible to seamlessly protect data from access by third parties.

Mandatory legal provisions – especially statutory retention periods – remain unaffected
4. Incorporation of third-party services and content
This website may contain content from third parties such as videos from Vimeo, maps from Google Maps, feeds or graphics from other websites. This always requires that the parties offering this content (in the following "third-party providers") have access to the user's IP address. Without the IP address, they can not provide the contents to the browser of the individual user. Therefore, the IP address is necessary for the display of the content. BLG LOGISTICS GROUP AG & Co. KG makes every effort to ensure it only uses content from providers who use the IP address exclusively to provide the content. However, we have no influence over whether the third-party provider saves the IP address e.g. for statistical purposes. If we are aware of this fact, we inform you. You can go to the consent management platform (CMP) to define which services may collect your data.
4.1. Use of web fonts – FontShop
Our website uses fonts from FontShop. In this context, we collect usage data exclusively for invoicing purposes. Our use of the fonts is for the purpose of a consistent visual presentation and appearance of our website as a legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

You have a right to object to the creation of such user profiles by contacting Google. You can find more information about the purposes and scope of data collection and processing by the plugin provider in the provider's privacy policy. 6.3 Google
6.3.1 Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager from Google Inc. Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for all Google services in Europe.
Google Tag Manager is an organization tool we use to manage website tags centrally via a user interface. Tags are small code segments that e.g. track your activities on our website. The tags often come from Google products such as Google Ads or Google Analytics, however the tool can also install and manage tags from other companies. Tags have various functions. They can collect browser data, feed data into marketing tools, set buttons, install cookies and track users across several websites.
We have chosen the settings of the Tag Manager so that Google only receives anonymized data from us. However, this only applies to the operation and use of our Tag Manager. We allow Google and other companies to receive selected data in anonymized form. Google combines the data with hundreds of other anonymous website data sets and uses benchmarking techniques to identify user trends. Benchmarking means that our results are compared with those of competitors. The information collected can be used to optimize processes.
Google stores the data on its own servers. The servers are located around the world, although most of them are in the USA.
You can find out how long the various tracking tools store your data in our individual privacy policy texts for the specific tools and/or on the CMP. Google Tag Manager does not install any cookies, but manages tags of various tracking websites. You can find details of how to delete or manage your data in our privacy policy texts for the specific tracking tools.
We have agreed standard contractual clauses with Google that provide the legal basis for the correct and secure transfer of personal data. Find out more about Google Tag Manager here https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/faq.html.

The information about your use of this website generated by the cookies is usually transferred to a Google server and stored there. On our behalf, Google uses this information to analyze your use of the website, create reports about website activities and provide us with further services related to the website and internet use.
6.4 Conversion measurement with event pixel from Facebook with advanced matching
With your consent, we use the "event pixel" from Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). It enables us to track users' actions across numerous websites after they have seen or clicked a Facebook ad. In this way, we can assess the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market-research purposes. The data is anonymous for us, so we do not see the personal data of individual users.
However, the data is also stored and processed by Facebook. Facebook can link this data to your Facebook account and use it for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Facebook's privacy policy https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
This means that you enable Facebook and its partners to place ads on and outside of Facebook. The following Facebook functions are used for this: custom audiences and look-alike-audiences. For these purposes, further cookies are stored on your terminal device.

By subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to the use of this data. Your data is not used for any other purpose; in particular it is not passed on to unauthorized third parties.
Naturally, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter and revoke your consent with effect for the future.
